Oven Baked Pickle Chips

Today, I’m thrilled to share an incredibly easy recipe for crispy oven-baked pickle chips. These delightful snacks are perfect for serving at parties, enjoying during a movie night, or just as a fix for your afternoon cravings.

Ingredients

  • * /4 c. breadcrumbs
  • * 1 T. cornstarch
  • * 1 t. smoked paprika
  • * 1/2 t. dried dill
  • * 1 t. garlic powder
  • * 10 dill pickles sliced 1/4” thick and patted dry with paper towel
  • * Vegetable oil for brushing
  • * Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • * Dipping sauce of choice for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, cornstarch, smoked paprika, dried dill, and garlic powder. Whisk until combined, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the sliced pickles in the breadcrumb mixture until they're well coated. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Lightly brush the tops of the pickles with vegetable oil to help them crisp up in the oven.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pickle chips are golden-brown and crispy.
  • Serve your crispy pickle chips on a platter with your selected dipping sauce and enjoy!
