Leprechaun Bait (No-Bake Snack Mix)

Fun and festive Leprechaun Bait snack mix made with cereal, white chocolate, and green candies. An easy no-bake St. Patrick’s Day treat perfect for parties, classrooms, and movie nights.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Crispix cereal
  • 1½ cups pretzels
  • 1½ cups Lucky Charms cereal
  • ½ cup green M&Ms
  • 1 cup white chocolate melts
  • ½ cup Lucky Charms marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Measure out the Lucky Charms cereal, then pick out an extra ½ cup of marshmallows from the box and set them aside.
  • Add the Crispix, pretzels, Lucky Charms cereal, and green M&Ms to a large bowl.
  • Melt the white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round, until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the snack mix and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle the reserved marshmallows over the top.
  • Let the mix set for about 1 hour, then break into pieces and enjoy.
