- Preheat your oven to 375°F. 
- In a bowl, combine the granola, raisins, nuts, and cinnamon. Mix well, and if you want a touch of sweetness, drizzle honey into the mixture. 
- Place your cored apples in an oven-proof baking dish, and proceed to fill each apple with your granola mixture. 
- Top each apple with a teaspoon of butter and transfer to the oven. 
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the apples are soft and sticky. 
- Once done, remove from the oven and allow them to cool briefly. 
- Serve them warm with a scoop of crème fraiche or ice cream, and enjoy!
