Chocolate Dipped Fortune Cookies with Sprinkles
These chocolate dipped fortune cookies with sprinkles are the perfect blend of crispy, chocolaty goodness and colorful cheer. They're quick to make and sure to brighten any occasion!
Ingredients
- 8 fortune cookies
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
Melt the Chocolate:
- Place the chocolate chips in a small bowl. Microwave in 3-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
Dip the Fortune Cookies:
- Dip each fortune cookie halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
Add Sprinkles:
- Immediately sprinkle rainbow sprinkles over the chocolate-covered part of the fortune cookie before the chocolate sets.
Set on Parchment:
- Place the chocolate dipped fortune cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet or tray to set. Repeat with remaining cookies.
Chill and Serve:
- Let the chocolate set for about 1 hour at room temperature or until firm. Once set, transfer the cookies to an airtight container for storage.
