Prepare the Flavor Base:
Heat sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until golden and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Cook the Chicken:
Add ground chicken to the skillet. Break it apart with a spatula as it cooks until no longer pink.
Add Sauce and Flavor:
Stir in chopped cashews, soy sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and honey. Reduce heat to low and cook for 3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Incorporate Broccoli Slaw:
Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Stir in fresh broccoli slaw until well combined.
