- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons water
- Salt and pepper, to taste

For the garlic-parsley mayo:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Prep the oven and avocado:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel and halve the avocados, then slice each half into 6 wedges—24 wedges total. - Make the coating:
In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. - Set up the dip:
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, water, and a pinch of salt and pepper. - Coat the avocado wedges:
Dip each wedge into the egg mixture, then coat it in the almond-parmesan mixture. Make sure every wedge is nicely covered. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. - Bake the fries:
