Our journey began with the UTV tour, a must-do for adventure enthusiasts. Led by our guide, Raymound, we embarked on a one-hour ride through rugged trails, crossing streams, and navigating muddy paths. Raymound’s expertise and friendly demeanor made the experience even more memorable. He ensured our safety while sharing insights about the rainforest’s flora and fauna.
A highlight of the tour was a stop at the Mameyes River, where we had empanadas and drinks in coconuts (additional cost) We were not able to swim when we were there as it was a heavy rainy season, but super pretty to see.
