This Creamy Spanakopita Dip checks all the boxes. Inspired by the classic Greek spanakopita flavors, it’s baked until bubbly, golden, and perfect for sharing—or keeping all to yourself on a cozy night in.

Perfect Appetizer

1. In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, ricotta, half of the crumbled feta, breadcrumbs, dill, and oregano. Mix until creamy and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

1. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
