Ingredients
- 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
- 2 medium garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 c. ricotta
- 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese, divided
- 2 T. breadcrumbs
- 2 t. dried dill
- 1/2 t. dried oregano
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Crackers, pita chips, or bread, for serving

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375° F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, ricotta, half of the crumbled feta, breadcrumbs, dill, and oregano. Mix until creamy and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining feta on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm with your choice of crackers, pita chips, or bread.
